When you copy save to location you just mentioned, run ur iso, and when u reach to grey screen (main menu) just keep pressing X and load screen will opet. Then just load save, press O (circle) to go to game. If save doesn't work for you, then you have different version of game... I mean, save is for EU, and you have USA, or vice versa (opposite). If you downloaded my save, then i belive you need EU version of game. Im not realy sure what version i have.

ah thank you I found out Ive got an EU version. so thats why i download all of those EU saves on that webpage, but always text appears saying LOAD FAILED. Interesting
