game is programed that
at lvl 1 you have
- 5 atk
- 3 def
- 100 HP


at lvl too game is programed that you have
- 7 atk
- 8 def
- 150 HP

now if game is programed to lets say lvl 100
than it is possible to make game show that you have lvl 101 102 103.....

but on each of that lvl (if you use cheat engine to gain that lvl above cap) you wont get any extra exp or stats up

cause no 1 ever programed the game above lvl 100 and there is no indicator how much more exp,str,atk,def,mp ur char should gain

you dont understand let me explain you did play super mario? lets say super mario have 8 worlds and you completed them and now what you are trying to do is by using any sort of cheats gain access to world 9 or 10 or 11 and so go on

but that is impossible cause game developers did not program world 9 or 10 or 11 .........

and exact same story is with removing lvl cap in star ocean
you want to remove it and get something that was not made/programed

only option for you as i see it is to find someone who could re-program game make patch or whatever and add extra values for each lvl up, above lvl cap

do you understand? cause i can explain it in more complex way but it would be long
