RE: PPSSPP Font question
looks like it's free to me: http://www.dafont.com/zrnic.font

stipulations seem to be:

Quote:Thanks for downloading a free font from Typodermic Fonts Inc. This font is free for commercial use. Read the attached license agreement for details.

Allowed
art
sign
poster
banner
book
business card
album
movie
television
logo
trademarked logo
clothing
sticker
stamp
product label
web page (not embedded)
app (not embedded)
PDF (not editable)

Not allowed
ebook
app (embedded)
web page (embedded)
product creation platform
alphabet stamps
advertisment server
web template
PDF (editable)
OEM
device embedding

edit: if you want the exact same style (exact same dropshadow) then you need to install the font, install inkscape, download this file: https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/blob/...e/logo.svg
open it and edit the text and then re-export in whatever format you need.

Well, technically you don't need inkscape and you can just replace the text in the *.svg and open it in whatever program you need it in but handling it as an image is easier and the ppsspp logo was made in inkscape so you are guaranteed to get the exact same effect if you process it with inkscape
