RE: Rock Band Unplugged
A little dirty cheat code to make music work:

Code:
_C1 Music hack
_L 0x201B5EE4 0x0A26D84E

Inside memstick/PSP/Cheats/ULUS10418.ini for my game. Ini file may be different depending on region...
Unfortunately I couldn't find where the real problem was. Looks like threading issue, but I'm not real dev.

Btw, disabling frameskip fixed many graphics glitches for me.

RE: Rock Band Unplugged
Did you enabled cheats earlier? The option is in Settings->System.

RE: Rock Band Unplugged
Try this:

Remove folder: memstick/psp/cheats completely
When cheats=ON run the game, then turn PPSSPP off.
Now, memstick/psp/cheats directory should be created with single, empty ini file. Paste that two lines to newly created ini file, save and turn ppsspp on again.
Run the game, press esc and in Cheats check if "Music hack" is visible and checked. Music should work now.

RE: Rock Band Unplugged
So here's the log of right after the track stops. There is something missing:

And I agree that the track is not synced with the song. For me, it is a a bit faster than the song.

RE: Rock Band Unplugged
That cheat definitely works. NOW I would like a fix for the track not being in sync. I keep failing the songs because of it. ALSO, I enabled "Unlock all songs" as well. Sync fix needed, among other things.

As of 0.9.5 nothing has been changed in this game.

RE: Rock Band Unplugged
GOOD NEWS EVERYONE! I noticed a change in 0.9.6! When I loaded the game the music started out normal (this is new), then when the Menu came up, the music got slow and jerky (like it used to), but I saw the menu background! This is a change from just seeing black. It looks like someone IS trying to improve this game!
