RE: Dissidia 012: Duodecim Final Fantasy
Hi, I'm new to this site!
I've been playing Dissidia on an Ouya with PPSSPP v 9.71 I believe. It plays near perfect, aside from the graphics having to be bumped all the way down. The rendering resolution is set to 1:1 Auto frame-skip=1 Buffered Rendering Filtering=16x Fast Memory; CPU Block=100 I left a chunk of settings on default. I kinda know what they do, but they're better left alone, cuz the game runs better. I'm here now to ask how would DLC for Dissidia be installed? I'm using the patched version of DD012FF, btw. And cutscenes work with me on Ouya. |

Buffered Rendering will not work; it seems to record the video from the framebuffers. I only use PPSSPP on Windows. Intel Core i3 1.9GHz | 4GB RAM | Integrated Intel HD 4400 | Windows 8.1 x64 |

RE: Dissidia 012: Duodecim Final Fantasy
Wish I could help with that, but it works fine for me, nor am I an expert on it. I'm a noob with PPSSPP...
And framebuffers CPU works with converting on Ouya. It takes forever, and it doesn't do it perfectly, but it can. 2:08 fight=21:20 conversion time. |

RE: Dissidia 012: Duodecim Final Fantasy
it is saved to the memstick folder on your sd card.it is named psp on android devices.psp doesn't save in sav format.i uses bin ,sfo and sometimes with no extension.each format saves a different kind of data and a game can use all types to have a complete save.for dissidia it is saved automaticcaly from the first time you select a save slot in the game.

RE: Dissidia 012: Duodecim Final Fantasy
post your device specs and we will see what we can do.the game doesn't need much power to run
my device specs are cpu: 1GHz dual core mediatek MTK 6577 ram:512 mb(about 200mb is used by the ppsspp during battle) gpu: powervr SGX 531 300MHz if you have spec similar to this or better, you can run the game at decent speeds ith default settings.i can play battles at full speed, and the only place that i get less than 90 percent speed is in the overworld. |

RE: Dissidia 012: Duodecim Final Fantasy
I have almost the same specs except mine is a quad core
Lol Anyway These are the settings I use System Multi thread on Fast member on I/o on thread on Graphics Non buffered Frame skip off Alternative speed 25% Performance all on except retain textures Hacks all on except depth write Texture filter auto These settings work well with most of my games I've tried messing around with it but it doesn't improve the speed Also it occasionally crashes But that doesn't bother me Some maps run slow 20 fps And others work alright 28-30 fps but slow down when I use attacks How do I get buffered rendering to work? Or is it not working? My specs Redmi Note 10. Check My Profile For Tested Games(Bio Section) Testing multiplayer - MGS PW - God Eater - Dbz Contact me on Twitter @BradEDias for help with ppsspp |

RE: Dissidia 012: Duodecim Final Fantasy
buffered rendering won't work, don't know if it is a gpu problem or the android build, works well on pc,but on android, characters dont show
anyway your settings are alright, nothing you can do that can increase speed other than the setting you posted, having quad core cpu does not affect the emulator since it uses only two cores at most.the slow downs might be due to the gpu.i have the same slowdowns, but only in maps, when two summons are activated at a time, and when you knock out an opponent using an hp attack with lots of textures.but they last only a few seconds and then it is full speed,, make sure you have enough ram. |

RE: Dissidia 012: Duodecim Final Fantasy
This has nothing to really do with what you guys are talking about at-the-moment, but I thought I should go ahead and post it here.
This is roughly how Dissida 012 plays on the Ouya, and confirming the frame-buffer to CPU works with converting to .avi youtu.be/ETc51Y7V6yg |
