Like i told someone else not all phones can run ppsspp without any problems (those not branded) cheap phones doesnt have a good GPU so thats why you might get that graphic glitch. Im using my Samsung galaxy s3 with android 4.3(playin with default settings) and from like 3 months i havent seen any problem with that game beside (sometimes) screen is zooming in and out after winning battle. So you better get a contract and get more high end phone
