Well I have the previous downloaded file of the game that is a rar file in the psp folder, but i dont really know where to put it or what to do with the file.

So is the .iso file currently still in the .rar file? cuz if it is you need to extract it. and i recommand making a folder in the sd card called: psp games or something similar, put the .iso in that, and find it using ppsspp and open it.

Well I dont have any idea about it but I'm about to download a iso file real quick cuz my computer works really slow

Yeah I believe so I just donwloaded it from emuparadise...
