ps3 d-pad not working with z2

not sure if this is asked before.. if so, please direct me to it. thx

im currently pairing ps3 controller with my z2 (no root)
but when im in game, the left/right d-pad buttons doesnt respond

funny thing is when i go to controls mapping,
the buttons gets recognized..

i also tried mapping the left/right buttons to other buttons (L2 and R2)
and it works then in game..

anyone got the solution to this problem?
if possible, i dont wanna press L2/R2 to move left/right...
it just feels off >...<
