It's normal...dont worry?cause i know how to fix it

First make sure you check if Memory Stick Insrted is ticked in setting/system✔

Check if you have ever deleted some file important such as savedata or ppsspp_state in file explorer if it...then you have to restart it

Update your ppsspp to newest version
