Extreme bloom effect when playing Wipeout Pure & Pulse

Hi,

There a strange "bloom" effect when playing Wipeout Pure or Wipeout Pulse. Everything seems to be too bright.

I'm using the newest GIT autobuild (v0.6-839-g7d5b53a), but the bug has been there for quite a long time. I'm not sure what could be causing it, disabling or enabling several options didn't fix it. I'm having this issue on both, Android and Windows.
