Can you share that savedata with us using the attachment system? It'd help us to reproduce the issue.

PPSSPP Modern Testbed:-

NVIDIA Geforce GTX 760 2GB GDDR5 VRAM @ 1138/6500 Mhz
16 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1600 MHz
Windows 7 x64 SP1

PPSSPP Ancient Testing Rig:-

Thanks for the savestate, but the actual save data would be nice too!

You should be able to find it in the PSP\SAVEDATA\UCUS98700000X folders

(X represents the savedata number for multiple saves. e.g. X = 1,2,3,4 etc.)

From the savestate you provided, I managed to obtain a stacktrace which should be helpful to the devs (looks like goobledegook for the layman):-

Not a problem, although we're still missing some files.

I apologize, since I should've been clearer in my instructions, but you have to provide the whole save folder itself which contains the following 4 files:-

Thanks again.

Hmm.. so you say that loading this save file causes the game (and subsequently) the emulator to crash?

It loads alright here on my end, but it seems like this save is not the same one as the savestate, it just leads into "Stage 2 - Holy Armor".

Just to be clear, loading the savestate (the 10MB file) you provided earlier on did cause a crash, but loading this save file from a fresh boot of the emulator works just fine for me.

EDIT:- Can you provide a save file that is closest to Aeolian Hill? Stage 2 is pretty far away from it.

RE: Jeanne d'Arc
Hmm... apparently the game works fine on my even older Pentium 4/ATI Radeon X800XL system which is only supposed to have OpenGL 2.0 support. The characters are visible, but the overall performance is horrible on the battlefield, the game really chokes the P4 even at only 1x Rendering Resolution.

RE: Jeanne d'Arc
Works fine and dandy performance-wise for me, however the Font looks like it's blown way out of proportion. How do I fix that?
btw shouldn't this game get moved to Playable by now? Tongue

RE: Jeanne d'Arc
I would say no. It requires GLES 3.0 on mobile devices (which not a lot of them support right now, afaik), or OpenGL 3.X on desktops (or if you want specific details, it requires an OpenGL extension called framebuffer_object, though I forget the long name of it).
