Android ARM tablets? Most definitely. x86>>>ARM when it comes to emulation performance.

Intel x86 tablets like the Surface Pro 2 and 3? Nope, those have i5 CPUs which will run circles around the Celeron CPU linked to in my earlier post. Not to mention the fact that have the fully featured Intel HD 4000+ Graphics as well.
