New to ppsspp

I'm wondering if I transfer my psp games will I have to start over on them or if I can somehow transfer the data with the ISO?

Assuming you ripped ISO's from your UMD's in the first place, you place your ISO's wherever in your PC.
As for the save file folders, you should place them in ppsspp>memstick>PSP>SAVEDATA folder.

As barbanium said, your iso does not contain your save files.

you have a MEMORY CARD for that reason.
