Sony announces the end of the PSP

Sony has announced that later this month in Japan, PSP shipments will cease. US gamers are already used to this, since shipments stopped back at the start of this year. EU folks are in luck though, as Sony is going to continue to ship them until later this year.

It's been almost ten years since the launch of the PSP in Japan, and it will be missed. I still remember turning it on the first time and being like "holy crap look at that screen!" Of course compared to the later PSPs or Vita, it's not quite as good, but at the time it was unmatched.

Fortunately we have PPSSPP which will help to never forget PSP games !

This is why emulators are so important! When the console isnt for sale anymore its the only way to play the awesome exclusives.

This is obviously what it comes down to. People not buying units, so making them isn't worth the cost.

I know that, it's the trade law and if you want really buy a psp you can always buy on website.

For me, PSP will never end life!

Because we have Xlink Kai, or emulator PSP with adhoc (or normal) and It's so better than PS Vita (It's my review).
I love my PSP FAT 1004, 8 years long It's not die

Yeah I play sometime but now, I play lot on Emulator ^_^

must epic on the ps1 are ported on psp , or simply you can play ps1 games on psp
Nds.. well we have Drastic emulator so none of this gaming systems is dead
