The way you format your posts ~ lots of very short paragraphs, makes it hard and pretty confusing to read, but trying to answer your last question it depends what you really wanted. If you want to create cheats - your fault would be giving up, CE is easy to use tool, but not everything can be found quickly and there's nothing worse than being confident in own failure;p. If you're an user searching for working cheats - posting a cheat instead of a file filled with xxxx cheats will always give you way better and more helpful answers:]. Some cheats have to be slightly modified to work on ppsspp properly(any with 0xD type codes ~ which aren't supported), lots of people name PAR or any other TEMPAR cheats as "cw cheat" which makes them obviously not working even through they look similar. The cheats might be to different region or update which is easy to check by googling for any unique looking code line of the broken cheat and checking if it's posted for any other version.

And probably loads of other things, none of which would really be "your mistake" since there's no magic way to make all cheats taken from the net to work in games. That's likely why we have cw cheat forum to add tested stuff, post own cheats or whatever, not just to google as much cheats as possible since anyone can do it and you're experiencing first hand what it leads to, some will work, some others might not.
