atpro.prx does't show up in Recovery/Plugins

Please help. I've been at this for several hours. I even installed another plugin just to be sure, cxmb (vsh.txt). It will show up in the recovery/plugins menu, but for the life of me I cannot get atpro.prx to show up.

Im using:
660Pro-C2 code.google.com/p/procfw/downloads/list
ATPRO coldbird.free.fr/atpro/660.rar

game.txt:
ms0:/seplugins/atpro.prx 1

I restart the pep launch fast recovery, press SELECT/Recovery Menu/Advanced:
The option Use Inferno & NP9660 ISO Cache should be set to Disabled
Option Unlock Memory in PSP Games must be set to Enabled

Recovery Menu/plugins
Nothing is listed. With cxmb installed, then only cxmb is listed.

Please help

edit-- I'm on a Mac, and I know I haven't named this with extra extensions, like game.txt.txt
