Fully working with 40fps constant.Fonts work and no graphic bugs.The loading times are faster then on psp i think.I tested on nexus 7 so pc is probably full speed.

in my device,this game in menu fully working with 40 fps but after in game become 19 fps,, hope to full speed too

I tested Naruto Shippuden: Akatsuki Rising (ULES01306) on my Xperia Play with PPSSPP: [v0.6-1069-g03e8ee3] and it have some bugs but its playable..
1. Map is broken (screenshot)
2. in fight or more character on scene the fps drops down
3. Sound doesn't play! (No, i dont have it turned off in settings as you can see in ss)

Yes, u have turned off sound in settings. It need to be ticked so it can play. Just enable sound emulation and u will have sound in game.
Also, enable vertex cache. It might give u speed up.

I don't have it turned off.. I just used my screenshot where it is disabled Because when i take screenshot on my Play the PPSSPP will shutdown

Sorry, unfortunately you have to purchase this game to play it in PPSSPP. If you already have it, you can use your PSP to rip and install it onto your computer.

hey maybe is not work cuz ur download the wrong file,mine file size is 700+MB
