PPSSPP android with sixaxis

I've been using ppsspp for a bit with my ps3 sixaxis controller, but everytime I map my d-pad and left analog, they both go as d-pad buttons instead of analog. Or in other situations, my left analog does both it's analog work AND D-pad work.
Which is really annoying.

Basically, Both analog and d-pad go as pad.up, pad.down etc instead of the analog as axis +y/+x etc.

I checked my sixaxis app, and the mappings there are correct, I even turned off the right analog mappings, but it still did the same thing.

Can anyone please tell me how to fix this?
