Turning off texture(s)?
Basically there is something I want to record but there is japanese lyrics over it that I'd like to remove

And I wanted to know if there is a way in PPSSPP to turn off specific textures. I was messing with the GE Debugger and found which textures they are (0x09d4b9b0 and 0x0a4ee830) but don't know if there is actually a way to turn them off.

Anyone know if it's possible to do?

RE: Turning off texture(s)?
Depending on your skills this could be done in a variety of ways like for example, through cw cheats, modifying ppsspp code, replacing the texture with a transparent one in the game files or even removing it manually from each recorded frame which while very troublesome would certainly be easier for a more artistic person than the other ways. There are no point and click ways to do this now, so if that's what you expected might as well answer that it's not possible.

PPSSPP might get feature which could in the future be used for this ~ texture replacement, which people desire to replace textures with higher res ones and could as well be used to blank them, but do not expect this anytime soon. It's rather complex thing to do and since it's just an extra feature, there is much more higher priority work atm, also this is an open source free project so you can't even tell when it could be done.
