Sony Z1 Compact - Error loading file: Could not find executable disc0:/...BOOT.BIN

I know there are numerous threads regarding this error but I just can't get around it and so require some help please.

I have tried ISOs, CSOs (straight rips) which work great on my PSP on both external (SD) and internal memory yet I always get the error. I have also checked the ISOs and they do indeed have the BOOT.BIN file in the correct location. I'm running 4.4.2 Kitkat - any idea guys?

Are you sure your ISO is not packed with winrar? I had the simillar problem but sometimes iso is packed with winrar .

They're just straight ISO rips/CSO compressions which have always worked totally fine on both my PSP original and Go
