best smartphone to emulate the psp

I would like to take one of these two smartphones which recommended to have a good emulation psp?
Nexus 5 or Moto X

Whichever doesn't have a Snapdragon SoC.

The one with a lower Screen Resolution.
For: Better non-bufferd rendering/ Less blur when playing @1x or 2x PSP Resolution Buffered Rendering.

nexus 5 my suggestion but if u want a cheaper alternate then go for xperia zr (like me) or sp or s4 mini

I personally was going to get a Nexus 7 Tablet, so would that be a bad idea, due to the very high screen resolution, as nc50lc mentioned.

nexus 7 is good u can play at full speed plus it will be also good for playing android games

Ah good, that's what I hoped people would say, especially the 2013 model of tablet, far superior to the 2012 model, so I read somewhere.

I believe Xperia Z2 is the best candidate so far. It is also supporting PS3 controller natively.

lol, this is getting too far from the initial choices [Nexus5 and MotoX] :/ hahah

the thing is, PPSSPP was developed from an early stage where any smartphone is not capable of playing at 100%. The rapid Growth of technology alongside with the developers' efforts combined = 99% perfect emulation.

The Nexus5 has the better hardware, but higher screen resolution so it will be pushed harder. The MotoX has a smaller screen resolution so it requires less specs to push frames, but inferior hardware will still make it slower in anything 3d gaming related. My pick would be the Nexus5 in this case.

Of course if I had a choice, I'd get a Tegra Note 7 for games/emulation. Or wait for the next Tablet with the Nvidia K1.

i thinks not the best candidate , because adreno bugged driver (damn qualcomm) , im using z ultra for emulate ppsspp with ps3 controller , but my ipad 4 emulate ppsspp better than z ultra , the gpu is the main factor here
