F1 2009
Game is (full) playable!

Menus quite fast and nice

Race starts with black track-textures. After some corners track-textures switch on if frameskip is set. (Slow! [20-35 fps]) After that the car looks a little bit strange.

Would be great, if this could get fixed.

RE: F1 2009 ULUS 10449 pre0.7 Android
got a lot more speed with the last update (git v 0.6.1.903)

but now the racetrack stays black. If this could get solved, the game would be nearly full playble; even in races!

RE: F1 2009 ULUS 10449 pre0.7 Android
just found:

going in an race without buffered rendering and switch there to buffered rendering will "turn on" the track textures.

RE: F1 2009 ULUS 10449 pre0.7 Android
v0.6.1056 brings a huge improvment!

Now in non buffered rendering mode all track details are visible. Unfortunately they are in a bluish color. if that could be fixed, graphics would be whole ok.

RE: F1 2009 ULUS 10449 pre0.7 Android
since v0.6.1137 "lost" the track textures with and without buffered rendering. (they are only black now) the rest seems to be ok and i got 30 fps without frameskip on my S3!

so please find a solution for the track-texture problem and we have a good f1 game on android! (f1 season starts this week! Big Grin)

edit:

with vertex cache on i "got the textures back" with buffered rendering set on. but the cars are a bit to bright and the shadow of my car is not on the right position
