Error when doing SS using PPSSPP

Hey guys, so when I'm trying to get a screenshot using ppssp in windowed mode, and the result always like distorted or something. And when I try to do it in Fullscreen mode sometimes it works and sometimes my emu crashed.Any solution for this?
This is my PC specifications:
-Quad Core I3 2.9 GHz
-2GB RAM
-AMD Radeon HD 5500

And This when I try do a Screenshot in Full Screen mode
