I have the same problem. After the first two battles a blackscreen appears that lasts about 10 minutes. This is what the log shows during these blackscreens: (running windows x86 ppsspp-v0.7.6-547-g7d561eb)

I also upload a savegame just after the third battle and before the game crashes, it may be useful.
And, after the third battle, the same blackscreen appears, but this time it lasts forever, the game seems to crash. I have tried to change every option but none seems to solve this. This is the what the log shows:
