Final Fantasy Tactics 15 FPS
Game runs at 60 fps but whenever there is a spell animation it drops to 15, no matter if i tweak or change the settings, fps stays at solid 15 every time some flashy ability is cast.

ppsspp version 1.0.1

Processor Intel® Core™ i5-3317U CPU @ 1.70GHz
Video Card 1 NVIDIA GeForce GT 620M
Video Card 2 Intel® HD Graphics 4000
Memory 8.0 GB
Operating System Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit

I was able to resolve any lag issues with other game, not this one tho.
I tried changing antianalisibng, backend, small display, rendering resolution, upscale and other filtering wich made absolutely no diffrence. Please help...
