1.2 is the version that gets reported even when no driver is installed. So, even if you have an Nvidia Titan but don't install any drivers it'll say OpenGL 1.2 (and use a DirectX backend).
So he may be able to fix this with a better driver, but I don't know the details of the best available driver for his GPU, so it might be the max version for the GPU but I doubt it.

But the intel website does say
Quote:In addition to video, the Intel® G41 Express Chipset delivers optimized 3D graphics performance and support for Microsoft DirectX* 10, Shader Model* 4.0, and OpenGL* 2.0.
Ah that would explain the reason then, your unable to find a Windows 8 driver for his graphics card, hence the OpenGL 1.2 showing, because its using default driver that came with Windows 8 itself I assume.
Only option then Downgrade to Windows 7 32bit Premium if possible, should be easy then to find graphics driver for your system.
Windows 8 sucks big time, i hate that OS so much, the look of it & how bad it is incompatible with everything. Angry

RE: Does ppsspp work on my pc?
MSVCR100.DLL? Not MSVCR120.DLL? Which PPSSPP version you're trying to run?Tongue

Anyway you will have to download and install Visual C++ redistributable files, new ppsspp versions require 2013 version(x86 for 32 bit, x64 for 64 bit, ignore the arm) older versions required 2010 versions(x86 / x64).

I would advise against using dll's downloaded from some weird unofficial sites since it'll just add you extra problems;p, same applies to downloading ppsspp, if you would download it from official site it should have an extra link to required redistributable files on the download page.
