How do you open a CSO/ISO's bgm.pak / voice.bgm files?

NOTE: I am not planing on distributing the files I extract. They are just for my personal use only.

I have custom firmware on my psp and so I managed my ISO/CSO's on a flash drive. When I had my flash drive in my PC, I noticed that Winrar was able to open the ISO/CSO's. I extracted a certain game, poked around and found the games sound file in a .pak file. When I tried to open them with another program that supported .pak files, it wouldn't work.

Any information on this topic would be helpful.
