I think the collision is right, but the placement of the barriers and the street textures is wrong. Looks like the textures are flipped, because if you drive uphill you can see the road that is on the other side.

I have also testet an on-foot mission which was nearly flawless (besides the sound effects).

Luckily the timing is now correct, in earlier builds it was way too fast and it was nearly impossible to finish a mission because you ran out of time.
