why does PPSSPP always crash

hi there when i downloaded PPSSPP it always crash when i played a game so HELP ME PLS

if it is in windows, then i guess it maybe due to following things:-

ur PC do not support Opengl 2.0(which is minimum requirement for PPSSPP)

microsoft visual c++ 2013 not installed (need for latest build 0.9.7)

i installed visualc++ where can i find opnegl2.0??????

install latest graphics driver , just search in google for ur graphics card.
if ur card supports opengl 2.0 then installing graphics card driver will fix the problem i guess

and download new runtime DLL'S for window
