Is it possible to somehow play multiplayer on 1 pc and 2 emulators?
I want to play games with my brother, but I want to do it on one computer, is it possible at all?

Not without a virtual machine like VirtualBox or VMWare. Hopefully it'll change in the future.

You would run the server on either your real machine, or inside the virtual machine, and then make sure they're on a network that's able to connect to each other, like a bridged connection (I've not tried a host-only network, but you can try it). No Hamachi or Tunngle/Evolve needed.
