Great news! ALL of the visual bugs with Buffered Rendering have been fixed Big Grin. Thing is, the game is lagging like hell now, though :/

I also cleared the game just now.
From the beginning to the end by using 0.8.1-589 it crashed only once before the first battle.

There is a bug on Quickload state and Quicksave state after i QS then QL them game stuck but the song still on.
Then on the 202 floor i am keep crashing like a fk without any information of the problem given by ppsspp.
Its playable though
Running in
Hardware Transform : on
Vertex Cache : on
MipMapping : on
VSync : on
Anything else : off
Texture Scalling 5x (insane) - xBRZ
Version 0.8.1 x64 bit
I think there is some difference between x86 and x64 bit.
The clue is on the Yu-G-Oh TagForce 3

Gamespot, if they don't have it, typically it doesn't exist or hasn't been found yet. Its entirely possible they don't exist, some cheats are there for debugging, others are for fun, not every developer includes them.

Oh welp they probably doesn´t exist yet. trying to make money while folowing a S.link guide that doesn´t alow you to go and grind on tartarus and kill gold shadows is pretty dificult.

life is about disappointment

RE: Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3
Hey everyone. I'm new. First time posts are always intimidating, so please try your best not to scare me. Shy

I've recently discovered ppsspp and downloaded the recent version (v0.8.1) on my android device. I have a Galaxy S3 (T999 model) running a custom ROM of Jellybean (4.1.2).

Now...

I got my hands on the undub version of Persona 3 Portable. I compressed it to .cso format and ran it on ppsspp. Playing it for a couple of minutes, I came up with some questions that hopefully people here can help me with.

1. The game runs at, for the most part, a constant 30fps. Sometimes dipping to 25 when 2 character models are displayed at a dialogue scene (for whatever reason). Most people run it at 60fps. Now, I'm not too familiar with hardware talk, but if i'm not mistaken, 60fps provides a smoother playing experience, correct? I was wondering how could I achieve that. Would I have to underclock/overclock my device?

2. I got to the first battle on the rooftop of the S.E.E.S HQ, eager to see how well this could run the Shadow battles. I move into strike, and came across my second problem: the broken 2d. I've searched around and read that people don't have this problem on this build of ppsspp, which concerns me. Any insight on how I can fix this? Solved.

I've searched everywhere, but couldn't resolve these questions myself. So if anyone could help me, that'd be... SUPER!

THANKS!

Ah... I swear I tried that. But yes, it worked. More problems raised, though. Music is slower than usual. Normally frame skipping solved this, but now the screen flickers when I set it to anything above 1. Am I just going to have to disable frame skipping for good? And is there anything that could be done about the music?

Thanks for the help, btw. I really appreciate it.

Just like in every single other game at the moment, since the timing is directly tied into the emulation speed and not independent of it.

PPSSPP Modern Testbed:-
Intel Core i5 4690K @ 4.0 GHz
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 760 2GB GDDR5 VRAM @ 1138/6500 Mhz
16 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1600 MHz
Windows 7 x64 SP1

PPSSPP Ancient Testing Rig:-
Intel Core 2 Duo T9550 @ 2.8GHz
ATI Mobility Radeon 4670 1GB GDDR3 VRAM @ 843/882 MHz
8 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1066 MHz
Windows 7 x64 SP1
