Of course,it is a bit older,bit i want to see if it worked better there.

I tried PPSSPP_2013_4_22.rar, in both Top an Normal there're only voices and SE, no BGM. Even when using at3tool.exe and msvcr71.dll the BGM doesn't work.

This is about Amagami. If I try to play Fate/EXTRA CCC everything works when using at3tool. Removing the files from the at3tool folder, voices don't work anymore and also some secondary SE but music still works. I guess it's just about Amagami.
