IOS8 JIT development

I heard that IOS8 extend the authority of JIT to the third party. So does that mean that the application from the third can also use JIT to increase the preformance of the App.? Will our developer can take advantage of this JIT authority change? So we don't need to break the wall to active the JIT.

Yeah, that's a great thing, but like you said it's not something we can use for our jit, unfortunately.
