Why Stopped working???

PPSSPP 0.9.9.1-990 is fail to play some games which can be play in 0.9.9.1
Why is this happening??
The later the versions the better compatibility ?? Or not??

Not always, people don't test all features and play all known games from beginning to end every time they change something. So, of course bugs can happen.
