EXE file

Sorry, maybe it's a silly question, but how do I get the exe file (for windows) to test changes I make to the source code? I have no idea what file (of the "ppsspp-master") I have to compile

For windows you need to just open the *.sln file with Visual Studio 2013 (Express or whichever version you prefer/have access to) as stated in the wiki: https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/wiki/...structions
