RE: Silent Hill: Origins
Using the lastest version of the emulator on windows 7 but emulation speed makes the game unplayable for me, it even slows down with a high frameskipping, can anyone recommend me the optimal settings for this game?

RE: Silent Hill: Origins
I noticed the drop in speed only happens when you turn on the flashlight otherwise it runs without lag.

RE: Silent Hill: Origins
Ok I found a way to play through the game without any lag and without screen flickering, use the default settings but disable autoframe and select 2 for frameskipping and try to play without turning on the flashlight, if you turn on the flashlight the frame rate drops a lot this also happens in cutscenes where the flashlight is on, so when you start the game put the brightness to the max, do this also in your tv and you can play the game without using the flashlight. The ppsspp devs could add an option to disable the flashlight effects in future realeases. The flashlight slowing down the game also happens in silent hill shattered memories.

RE: Silent Hill: Origins
Did that but all I got was a black screen. But I managed to play the game at 100% speed with this settings: frameskipping off, autoframe off, disable stencil test ticked. The frame rate stills drops a lot when turning on the flashlight but I can play without using it with the brightness to max.

Finally managed to play the game at full speed with the flashlight on and no frameskipping I just updated the drivers of my graphic card from the internet.

RE: Silent Hill: Origins
I am using latest official version of emulator on Win7x64 with E5200 OC @3.0, GTX 260 and game, even with flashlight, seems to be working full speed. I'm in the burning house now and framerate is stable. Can I finish the game or there are game breaking bugs?
