To fix that you need original PSP fonts. You can rip them from PSP's flash0\font.

My specs:
Phenom X3 8450 ~2.3GHz
PowerColor HD6850 1GB
4 gigs of DDR2-800 RAM
~400GB HDD
Windows 8.0 x64

But in 0.9.7 there were working just fine. Did someone change the way the fonts are working?

RE: Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker
Hello guys thank you for the work, I'm under the last version of PPSSP, and my problem with the game is I can't hear the voice of Kaz... I'm only at the begining... I can see the captions but I can't hear the sound/voice... Why? Obviously he's talking... (I mean not codecs) WHILE PLAYING... Like the instructions if you want. Cutscenes are fine, no problem with the sound, anyone else has this trouble?

Edit: it's the calls/radio And the sound is cracking while I play, is it this way for everybody? Or my iso is bad?

Replying based on your edit: Did you install the 300/400 MByte data install? It's required for the codec voices to have sound..

No I didn't, thanks... I will do it now, will it fix the cracking sound?

Edit: thank you very much, I installed the full package and radio is working, but the sound is still cracking, it's annoying and it hurts your ears... Do you have the cracking too? Sad
edit2: yeah it's evne cracking in the cutscenes, it becomes almost unbearable... any fix to this please?

win7 x64
4 GB RAM
Nvidia 410M
i3

I think I have FPS 21 with default options (I know it's too little but it's not as slow as you may think, it's playable)

Could this be from my graphic card? Not enough? Or the program?

Does multiplayer coop finally works?
And if it does can someone explain how to set it up?
I am asking because I stumbled upon this:

I was having issues getting ad-hoc set up. I ended up giving up because my posts were not replied to. Other games work, just not this one. I even commented on the video and was replied to, but the solutions were not helpful.

Also, about the fonts, I don't understand why it works in older versions of ppsspp but not the newer ones? Half of the time the text is cut off of the screen during radio sequences.

I have a video where it works....do you get any error or smth? I've figured out that you must delete the data install(dont install the voice package)...I could upload the version with the settings if you like

Phone: Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (Android)
Version: PPSSPP 0.9.9
Region: EUR

For me this is not playable. Work but the max fps are 20. The game is always between 10-20. Unplayable.

RE: Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker
The game runs fine on my Shield Tablet. 20/20 fps with no frame skipping all the time. Big Grin I may be early in the game though so I may have not gotten to the buggy parts reported here yet, but so far the game is pretty sweet.

use the hunter type control and changes in the controls of the triangle by x emulator keyboard or any other key that is not spent, give the key with a pencil as fast as you can. so I could go with a gamepad I could not pass this part you hope will be helpful:cool

If the game runs at low fps it's still considered playable. I never tried it on my android (galaxy s3) because I don't think it can handle it but it ran well on my laptop.

Recommended settings for Note 3
So, I'm playing Peace Walker on the PPSSPP on the Galaxy Note 3, and I noticed the frame rate is pretty choppy, and I figure there's got to be some settings available to make it run smooth, as the Note 3's specs are fantastic.

Anybody have a list of recommended settings? I'm on default settings, by the way.
