HR problem

I've spent an unreasonably frustrating amount of time getting MHP3rd onto my PC to play with my friend and finally got it to work. The frustrating hours were well rewarded, but I've hit another problem and I'm wondering if anyone here could help.

My friend hosts the adhoc server and the quests that we play, because when I tried hosting he would crash when entering the guild hall and when I host quests he loses connection and I would be forced to solo the quest by myself. This wouldn't be a problem, if I didn't have to pick the urgent quests to advance my HR. I think I could get away with not doing any of my own quests and just riding on his though. Is there any know fix for this or will I have to stay HR1 forever?

yeah man,the same problem with me but in mhfu,I think the problem is the ping but I dont have sure about that,the better thing you can do now is to do your urgent quest alone,try get a good armor and weapon and go ahead alone and when you finish then play with your friend when he/she hosts

or wait to a new update and see with now you can host with the problem is not the ping

wongahh, if you tried this in Prometheus, I suggest you try Hamachi, Evolve or Tunngle (*whisper* TUNNGLE *whisper*).

If you tried it in one of those and you can't still enter online GH, look for the answers in questions 1,2,3, & 4:

Hey, Inuyasha, I've always wondered how many people play MHFU in Evolve.

Is there a specific room/group/party that I need to go into?
If so, could you post the link?

They are not much but neither none is just like 15% of `pop on mine party plays MHFU the others play MHP3rd

Turn off Fastmemory, Btw Tunngle is the most convenient to use if you prefer PC-Vlan since Prometheus (server-based) is too much unstable with multiplatforms.

Did the link I posted not help you at all?
That applies to Hamachi too!

EDIT: Except for Q4 I suppose. Find the anwers in Q1, 2, & 3.
And the part thats says Tunngle room should be equivalent to a Hamachi network.

yes i tried but seems to be the same, i guess for now i'll just do the quests by myself
