play with 100% speed and 30-60 fps.. but audio still stutter [android]

Okay guys.. I need your help to solve this ..
Im playing with the lastest build of ppsspp for android.. I've already try any method i read in this forum, but every game i've played.. The audio still suck.. But when i try to play on my PC, there's no audio issue and everythings is okay..
Hopefully someone can explain what happen with it, thanks.

I believe its simply that most Android devices are not able to run the emulator at full speed, so where the speed drops, the audio then stutters waiting for the emulator to catch up, thats why the audio will in most cases improve when using frameskip, as that will speed up emulation, but at the expense of jerky gameplay.

Are you lowering the CPU speed from the ppsspp settings...this in some games can case this problem(the lower it is,the worse it will be)

I set it auto.. I also set frameskiping 1-2 and nothing change.. I attach picture of my phone spec at the first post.. So, is it hardware problem or what?
