Does PPSSPP support AdhocParty?
AdhocParty is an application on the PS3 and enables PSP system owners to play select online multiplayer games featuring Ad Hoc mode over the Internet through the PS3. I'm trying to connect to it with PPSSPP on my Android (Galaxy S3), did anyone manage to connect using PPSSPP?

No, you wouldn't be able to. The networking code currently is specifically hard-coded for proAdhoc Online. Hopefully some day it'll be a little more flexible, but there are more important things to focus on right now, like fixing broken games and such.
