This is not a priority now. Maybe in future versions. For now use the SixAxis controller is in your case for Android.

Your only find motionjoy for win or sixaxis controller for android, and enjoy with your DualShock 3

Motionjoy for win emulate xinput (360 pad) and works fine with ppss...
