Yeah, I just learned that while playing online yesterday.

Anyway, if you and your friend switch host, it's best to just open AdhocServer and leave it minimized.
That way, if ever you decide to host, you won't mind it anymore.

But you will have to change the IP in your ppsspp.ini

Hey guys im having a problem: i want to play God eater burst with my friend. Everything is ok but when we press "start session", there is " a network error has occurred (0xffffff) ". So what is our problem? Can anyone help us out?

God Eater Burst don't work with ppsspp+ppsspp for now it work only ppsspp(as host)+real PSP (as client)

wow thats really a bad news 4 me. we did tried everything last night but its didn't work, now i can see my problem: we just cant play it online. Anyway thanks 4 ur help

i cant locate the memstick nor the ppsspp.ini file! i've been searching for hours but without good results... i enabled wlan setting but still couldnt find it. i'm not running it from program files x86 either... pls pls pls pls pls pls help!

If you just downloaded PPSSPP from buildbot, run the executable of PPSSPP and load a game.
The "memstick" folder will show up where the executable is located and "ppsspp.ini" will be found in ppsspp>memstick>PSP>SYSTEM.

Latest builds also have options to set up IP and MAC address in "Settings" >> "System"

Updated troubleshooting pointers for connecting MHFU online:
EVERY POINTER IS IMPORTANT!

• Update your PPSSPP. Get the latest version from here: http://buildbot.orphis.net/ppsspp/
• Tunngle or Hamachi or Evolve is open. Make sure you're in a room, of course!
• Enable WLAN under System>Networking. (or make EnableWlan = True in "ppsspp.ini")
• All players should have the same region of the game. (either [ULUS-10391], [ULES-01213], or [ULJM-05500], just one!)
• The host player should have AdhocSever.exe open.
• All players should copy the host player's IP and paste it to "proAdhocServer Address" under System>Networking. (or edit it in "ppsspp.ini"; host should do this too)
• No two players should have the same "Mac Address" under System>Networking. (or edit it in "ppsspp.ini")
  Changing it with random numbers is okay as long as the format is retained.
• Disable "Fast memory" under System>Emulation.
• Don't set alt. speed = 25% when loading the quest if using PPSSPP from the buildbot.
• Disable all cheats.
• Don't use save states.
• Don't use unthrottle or alt. speed = unlimited (to speed up) function.
