Illegal instruction? Wrong bit version? Have you installed bot 32 and 64 bit vs 2013 runtimes and made sure that there's no manually downloaded or copied msvcr120.dll lying in the ppsspp folder?

This is a bug in Windows, unfortunately. You need to upgrade to Windows 7 SP1 to fix it.

Sometimes when I play MHFU by myself, PPSSPP Gold 0.9.8 randomly crashes for unknown reasons. The message is something like "PPSSPP is not working properly, Windows will close this program."

It's not too severe like the first post and it happens very very rarely.
And when it does happen, I just run PPSSPP again like nothing happens.
It just might be because I'm using save states often.

No solution needed here, I just wanna share my experience.
