games stutter, and psp2 grapic problem update

ok hi all,i am kinda new here but i want to see if anyone can help with few things. so first i want to know how to get my emulator to start running smoothly again. the reason why i say again is because when i first got it on my computer ( i play on the pc ) it ran smoothly, no problems ya know. then i had gotten phantasy star portable 2 and i have the problem where im walking through the floors, so i started messing with the settings now it runs kinda sluggish and it stutters now....i also wanted to see if anyone has found a solution to phantasy stars little graphic issue. i play the 1st dissidia and phantasy star the stutterig happens on both games.

This is not the support part of the Forums. Everyone has the Phantasy star Problem it has not been fixed yet
