Does anyone have those problems.
1.In most of the voice overed cut scenes, the voices are way too quiet.
2.If there is a voice overed cut scene which you can skip,if you skip it and if there is a battle immediately after it,after the battle start, the commands menu don't appear and you can't continue the game.
The only way to fix it is to watch to cut scene(you can't skip it)
The save is before the final boss in the main story.
Btw I just cleared the game and at it end it says "To be continue"...does that means there will be Sol Trigger 2 or the "continue" is when you load the clear game data and start the other story which I'm playing now?

I can't answer your first question since I have not tried yet this game on ppsspp but, if i recall correctly, when you clear the game for the first time, you should be able to see a second option on the main menu, which trigger the "second part" of the game.
Since English is not my first language sorry for some misspelling on my posts
When I load the clear game save,I get two options...to start the game from the beginning or continue.
I have no idea if something is carried over if you choose to start a new game.
Btw do you know if it matters which girl you choose in the main story...for example on Agarest Senki Mariage, depending on which girl you choose, the main character of the second part of the story will have different skills.
I choose Ema and now I have healing skills too.

The second option make you "continue" the game, and yes, choosing a girl affects some skill inheritance and some aesthetic changes (maybe? I don't recall) other than the ending. Also I'm not sure but, I don't think that anything carries over upon starting a new game :/

Just cleared the second part too.
Other than the problems I mention above, the game is working fine...it also don't like FrameSkipUnthrottle too,so it's best to be set to false(which is set that way by default)

can someone post their settings? I use Samsung (G)I9300 S3 and my first battle gets a white box all over the screen. The only thing I see is the battle menu. Couldn't even see my chars' HP so Ema ended up dead.
Using the latest android build on G Play. PPSSPP v0.9.8. BGM and voice are good. Also at playable speed. Does not seem to crash, except the graphics.

Did you tried any other game or the pc version of ppsspp.
haven't tried. or more like I don't have the pc version.
so is there anyone with lesser phone specs that got past the first battle without (or at least minor) problems?
Currently playing SOL Trigger on Android. Some voices of the characters are missing but it's better than nothing and the game is a bit slow so I used "Frame skipping (2)". I am now on part two of the game, quite doing good for now.
Here are my Android Phone Specs and PPSSPP Settings: Specs
-Lenovo A706
-Quad Core
-Android Jelly Bean 4.1
-1GB Ram, (300MB free)
-8GB External Memory, (1GB free)
-Dolby® Digital Plus Audio output
Settings
-Buffered rendering (checked)
I also tried not to use buffered rendering but the game is getting stuck at the first battle.
-Frame Skip (checked - 2)
-I/O thread (checked) -Mipmapping (not checked)
-Hardware Transform (not checked)
-Software Skinning (not checked)
-Vertex Cache (not checked)

There's a problem with no sound in the game besides menus and BGMs. Occasionally, if you pause the cutscene, some voiceover channels can be heard (like moaning and gasping, but no actual voiceover). Really weird issue, using version 0.9.8-1408 x64.
My specs:
Phenom X3 8450 ~2.3GHz
PowerColor HD6850 1GB
4 gigs of DDR2-800 RAM
~400GB HDD
Windows 8.0 x64
