Crackly audio sounds in new version

Hello everyone, i checked all forum threads and i dont found any answer on my question. While playing games on new version and during loading between locations or loading screens i can hear a cracking sound it just annoying and i want to know how to fix that out.
P.S i tested a lot of games so that happens every time. And its on the new version 0.9.8.
