what are the setting for having the best graphics for a game?

Their is no best settings for any emulator. Individual setup for every game. "Best settings" videos posting only noobs on YouTube who want to get more views. For good looking picture i prefer to set FXAA ,3x Scale,Texture Scaling - off

He's talking about best "graphics" settings not necessarily best "settings"(performance etc.) for the emu.
