ok i tested it and working only with buffered rendering on,with Br off=black screen,frameskip doesnt work,it freezes the screen but audio is still playing-15-25 fps

Both GTA have so many textures glitched that the playable status can't be considered yet. However, both run at a perfect speed; it is too slow on JPCSP.

Playable but same problem like vice city stories,disable HT and the pause menu(map etc) is flickering,you can stop it by disabling buffered rendering but you will lost main game display
