Hatsune Miku Project Diva 2nd# Question

OK, so I want to english patch my project diva 2nd# game, but I have only found one patch for the game located below. But it requires a psp to patch. I just want to patch the .iso file. SO my question is, using the ppsspp is it possible to use the patch below to patch my game via the ppsspp?

you can only patch the original 2nd.
the re-release that came with downloadable characters and engine improvements from extend can't be played in english yet on ppsspp.

ok, thank you! what about extend? The extend patch from that website also requires a psp.

for extend you'll just need to memorize everything.
it's not that hard, i play extend and f without translation.

There is patch for extend too(which doesn't require psp...you'll need JPCPS to decrypt a file)
