question what if the ppsspp does not reconize the controller but every other emulators and the Pc reconize it? and the controller was reconized only the first time though? would this process you explain help my problem?

The controller DOESN'T need to be recognized by PPSSPP, as long as you're using an IME app that maps the inputs to the device's native inputs.
I suggest you try "USB/BT Joystick Center Gold" out, one of the best IME app on the Android market which support a wide range of controllers. (You need to pay for it though, like 6-7 bucks)

well I download the emulator of the xbox controller you suggested. The xbox emulator read my controller but the ppsspp still didn't. I borrow someone else controller and ppsspp reads it. my controller was able to be read when I first downloaded ppsspp the 1st time it ran. if it help my computer is a window xp.
